Terms of Service
The rules for using RectraSolutions and Rectra Academy subscriptions. Please read before purchasing.
Last updated: 2026-06-13
1. General provisions
These Terms govern the use of the RectraSolutions website available at rectra.solutions (the “Service”) and the conditions for providing services electronically.
The service provider is RectraSolutions (a sole proprietorship being registered; registration data: Tax ID [to be completed], address [to be completed]), contact: rectrasolutions@gmail.com (the “Provider”).
A User is anyone using the Service. A Consumer is a natural person entering into a contract not directly related to their business or profession.
2. Scope of services
The Provider offers: (a) bespoke design and development services (websites, applications, AI implementations) under separate arrangements; (b) digital Rectra Academy subscriptions: Code Vault, Vault Pro and All-Access.
Subscriptions grant access to the component and template library (Code Vault / Vault Pro) and - in the All-Access plan - to online courses. The scope of each plan is described on the pricing page.
The Service is available to customers in Poland and abroad. Prices are shown in Polish złoty (PLN) on the Polish version and in US dollars (USD) on the English version.
3. Account and technical requirements
Using a subscription requires creating an account (email and password). Creating an account is free, but access to paid content requires an active subscription.
Using the Service requires an internet-connected device and a current browser with JavaScript enabled. The User agrees to provide accurate data and not to share the account with third parties.
4. Subscriptions, prices and payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically for the next period until the User cancels.
Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The Provider does not store payment card data. Charges are made in advance for each billing period.
Prices include applicable taxes where relevant. For international sales, local taxes (e.g. EU VAT) may apply and be calculated under the rules of the buyer's country.
5. Digital content and right of withdrawal
Academy subscriptions are digital content delivered immediately upon payment. By placing an order, the Consumer consents to immediate performance and acknowledges that they thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Basis: Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act and the corresponding EU rules (Directive 2011/83/EU). Without the above consent, EU consumers would have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
6. Cancelling a subscription
The User may cancel a subscription at any time in the account panel (the “Manage subscription” section), without giving a reason and without additional fees.
After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid billing period; the subscription does not renew. Fees for periods already started are non-refundable unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Licence to materials
With an active subscription, the User receives a non-exclusive licence to use the code, components and templates in an unlimited number of their own and client commercial projects.
Reselling, publicly sharing or redistributing the materials themselves (e.g. as a competing library or template pack) is prohibited. Course materials are for the User's personal use only.
8. Complaints
Complaints may be sent to rectrasolutions@gmail.com. A complaint should include the User's details and a description of the issue. The Provider reviews complaints within 14 days.
9. Out-of-court dispute resolution
A Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Their use is voluntary.
10. Governing law
The contract is governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive a Consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence (for EU consumers).
11. Changes to the Terms
The Provider may change the Terms for valid reasons (legal, technical or service-scope changes). Users with an active subscription will be notified by email in advance; changes do not affect acquired rights.
